For your staff

Staff are the backbone of any working environment. Your employees are the ones delivering the service, interpreting your policies, and creating the working environment. Working with your employees at all levels, CCC will help staff understand their privilege and how this can impact on their interactions, interpretations and delivery in the workplace. We will challenge your staff to grow, your managers to learn and your senior leaders to embrace inclusive change. 

For your customers

When providing any service, your customers are the centre of your business. The products or service you provide can, unintentionally, negatively impact individuals with a protected characteristic, meaning they cannot access your business' services. The consultants at CCC can perform detailed customer analysis, investigating the views of your brand and its ability to serve a wider audience. We will help you to enhance the service you currently provide too - limiting discrimination barriers wherever they appear. 

For your practices

Policies, procedures and working environments all feed into an equitable environment. CCC will work with you to review how your written regulations will impact on each of the protected characteristics. Unpicking both the firm and unspoken rules of any working environment gives all stakeholders in a business the space to grow and harness their personal capital. We know from experience that it can be hard to convince managers and staff to fully invest in equity and inclusion efforts. One of the best entry points is an industry specific talk, putting equity into context; highlighting systemic discrimination; and proving the value of inclusion to all organisations.

For a deeper inclusion dive

Training is a fantastic start towards inclusion. Understanding how your business' products, processes and services influence people's access is the next major step. For the maximum impact, CCC can look at your business in detail. â€‹

  • Inclusions Reviews: For individual projects - we will assess the impact on staff and service users too, ensuring that your staff are aware of any inclusion barriers in play and know how to overcome them.

  • Data Analysis: CCC will gather and examine your data. We will look at the outcomes of those from diverse backgrounds, in accessing services, obtaining employment or promotions, and the general sense of inclusion. 

  • Equality Consultancy: As an overall view, we will look at your business thoroughly through the lens of ethnicity, gender, sex, disability, age, marital status, religious, sexual orientation, and pregnancy barriers. Our findings will provide a multi-layered assessment of knowledge, attitudes and areas which can be improved for true inclusion. 

  • Workshops​: Where areas for improvement have been found, CCC will run workshops with your teams, allowing for a group learning and holistic inclusive solutions. 

  • Inclusive Service Design: From the initial idea stage right through to the execution, CCC consultants will offer support to your staff. We will hold you accountable for inclusivity at every stage, from voices in the room to supplier's ethics.

Inclusion Report support

If you have had an inclusion report, there are likely to be recommendations on how to improve. CCC will be able to add value to the implementation of any recommendations. Often, businesses fall into the trap of implementing changes without sight of the whole picture. Our consultants will allow for the upskilling of your teams, diversity of experience and genuine, impactful, organisational wide change.
